**About the role**:
Based anywhere in Australia, a new opportunity as Marketing Manager has arisen within our Instore Experience and Loyalty team.

With the largest and best national data set at our disposal, our team can really go to town on personalising the experience and value we give to our customers. And with loyalty programmes playing a key role as a differentiator in the market (with a brand-new strategy in place, huge investment, and endorsement from our leadership team), there is no better time to join

**What you’ll be doing**

Reporting to two National Marketing Managers, you’ll be empowered to Increase brand equity, customer satisfaction, and loyalty to Coles.

**You’ll also**
- Develop, execute, and communicate initiatives that deliver customer-centric solutions
- Drive solutions that increase and engage customer loyalty through marketing activity
- Analyse campaign results, determine effectiveness and refine how we talk to customers/members
- Support the development and implementation of the Flybuys customer experience in store and online
- Leverage Flybuys’ platform to promote key Coles messages (value, health, sustainability)

**What you bring**

5+ years’ experience as an integrated marketer, you demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and capabilities. Proactive and enthusiastic, you think ahead and can lead, inspire, and take people on a journey.

**You’ll also need**
- Great storytelling skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Sound project management, prioritisation, and time planning skills
- Budget forecasting and reconciliation skills
- A high level of attention to detail and the capacity to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
