Are you passionate about digital marketing, community-building, and creating real connections online? **For All** is looking for a Marketing Assistant who lives and breathes social media - and is ready to help us nurture our community, support our customers, and grow our brand with purpose.

With over **1 million followers across social media**, we’ve built a loyal community that cares about simple, effective, and eco-conscious cleaning—and now we’re ready to take it even further.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ **Social Media Community Management** - Be the voice of our brand. You’ll reply to comments and DMs, engage with UGC, and find creative ways to deepen relationships with our audience.
✔ **Customer Experience & Support** - Jump into the inbox and socials to provide thoughtful, helpful responses that reflect our high standards.
✔ **Content Assistance** - Support the team in developing scroll-stopping content—from campaign ideas to helping out with creative assets.
✔ **Digital Strategy & Market Research** - Keep an eye on social trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to help us stay ahead.
✔ **General Marketing Support** - Pitch in across digital campaigns, performance tracking, and anything else needed to keep things moving.

Who You Are:
You’re genuinely interested in **how social media works today**—the algorithms, the trends, the creators, and the communities.
You’re confident communicating with people online and building brand trust through conversation.
You’re detail-oriented, organised, and love ticking things off your to-do list.
You’re adaptable and proactive, happy to dive into new tools or tasks.
You care about working with a brand that stands for **sustainability, transparency, and impact**.

Bonus Points If You:
✨ Have experience with platforms like **Klaviyo, Canva, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads**.
✨ Know your way around **eCommerce** or customer service.
✨ Are studying or have a background in **marketing, communications, or digital media**.
