Due to an exciting point in CSR business transformation, we have an opening for a Change Manager to support change process and communication across a mix of projects in and across the business. This will involve, Marketing, Customer, Property and Manufacturing and People and Culture. This is an intial 12 month fixed term contract.
**Job Summary**:
As a Change Manager within CSR you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing change initiatives to drive successful transformation across the business over all business operations. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to ensure the organization effectively adapts to the changes brought about by the transformation, maximizing employee engagement, and achieving desired business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and Execute Change Management Strategy:
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to create a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the CSR's transformation objectives.
- Identify potential challenges and risks associated with the transformation process and devise strategies to mitigate them.
- Establish clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics for the change management initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify key stakeholders at all levels of the organization who will be impacted by the transformation.
- Develop a tailored stakeholder engagement plan to gain buy-in and support from employees, managers, and leadership.
- Conduct regular communication and feedback sessions to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment with the transformation vision.
**Requirements**:
- 7 + years' experience working as a Change Manage working across an enterprise environment (FMCG or Manufacturing is a bonus)
- Solid experience in not just driving change but leading.
- Experience in facilitating a mix of workshop for change management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and inspire employees at all levels of the business.
- HCMBOK certification is well regarded.
- Advance PowerPoint Skills
