You’ll set the strategic direction for Sewer Operations, drive process improvements, and foster a high-performance, accountable culture. By overseeing incident response, you’ll ensure service reliability and customer satisfaction. Influencing maintenance service partners will be a component of this role as you seek to optimise infrastructure performance and collaborate across departments to deliver integrated solutions and continuous improvement.

Travel across the region will be required in this role as you provide direct support to operational teams. As such you will require a current drivers license and undertake a pre-employment medical for the role.
- ** Position Description**

**About You**

You’re a confident and capable leader with a technical background in engineering or utility operations (preferably sewer or water infrastructure), and advanced data and analytics expertise (SCADA, telemetry, smart sensors). You foster cohesion and growth in teams through excellent communication skills and understanding of your stakeholders.

You bring a track record in supporting teams, building high-performance cultures, and delivering complex projects and operational solutions. You’re committed to safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance, and you thrive in a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive environment.

With a bachelor degree engineering (chemical, process or similar), or science, you’ll be challenged in this dynamic role but surrounded by leaders who empower your decision making and continued growth. This is the ideal role for those seeking longer term impact across the region.
