**Your new company**
A Quarry Company is looking for new Leading Hands in two of their Victorian sites. They provide concrete products, aggregates, and crushed rock throughout the state. They are committed to safety, sustainability, and waste management. With expansions due this year they have vacancies for experienced Leading Hands. As they are a forward thinking and innovative company, they are looking for people who share the same values.

**Your new role**
Your new role is a Leading Hand within one of their Quarry sites - either within Metro Melbourne or Geelong. You will be responsible for:

- Liaising with the Quarry Manager
- Leading the team on the ground, holding toolboxes and meeting safety standards
- Organise pick ups and drop offs off stock
- The occasional operating of machinery

**What you'll need to succeed**
- White card, drivers license and plant tickets
- Experience operating Excavators, Loaders and Fixed Plant Machinery
- Experience leading or managing teams
- Wiling to undergo drug and alcohol testing
- Monday - Saturday availability and the ability to work long hours
