We are looking for a Team and Work Supervisor with a trade background, who enjoy problem solving and making a difference working on key asset infrastructures to ensure sustainability for future generations to come.

You will work to supervise a team of fitters and apprentices in the maintenance team, who are dedicated to taking responsibility for service outcomes, which will result in high customer satisfaction. You will provide oversight and auditing of their work and support on challenges they face on a day to day basis.

Your focus on continuous improvement will allow your team to fulfil the customer’s needs by performing Mechanical work activities on several different assets, including water, recycled water, sewer treatment plants, pump stations and other assets for numerous clients and customers throughout the region.

With a strong attention to detail, you will enjoy mentoring your team, sharing the wealth of your experience. You take pride in your work and have a collaborative attitude toward resolving technical problems.

You embrace change and are willing to learn about new equipment and technologies and grow with the organisation with the ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
