We are currently seeking an experienced **Trainer and Assessor **for the following qualifications:
**1) BSB40820 Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication**

**2)BSB50620 Diploma of Marketing and Communication**

**3)BSB60520 Advanced Diploma of Marketing and Communication**

**About this role: Training and delivery**
- Delivering curriculum training and conducting assessments to various student cohorts
- Monitoring student academic performance according to SCA’s policy and procedures
- Maintain attendance records and course progress reports, and share with the Academic Coordinator/Director
- Reporting, submitting, and verifying assessments on time
- Ongoing professional development in the course area
- Fostering a positive and professional rapport is maintained with the students at all times
- Familiarize with working on the learner management system, Canvas.
- Delivery modes: On-campus and online

**Essential Eligibility Criteria**:

- Must hold relevant vocational equivalent or higher competencies, at least to the level being delivered or assessed to the qualification course
- Must hold a current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Evidence of continued professional development activities as required in the vocational and industry area.
- Evidence of current industry and training skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided
- Up-to-date Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Unrestricted Work Rights in Australia

**To be successful in this position, you are required to have**:

- Student-centric approach to motivate and high level of students’ engagement
- Ability to guide and support students, including those from a non-English speaking background, through each competency successfully
- Evidence of ongoing professional development as required as per the RTO and CRICOS Standards.
- High level of interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately complete all tasks in a timely manner
- Excellent administrative skills in terms of training delivery, reporting and schedule management
- High level of personal ethics and compliance with the regulatory authority

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

**Salary**: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
