Kids World Kindy established in 1985 is a privately owned group of boutique Services operating in Sydney (Fairfield Heights, Guildford, Bomaderry, Quakers Hill, Glenmore Park and our most recent location in Burwood). The owners of Kids World Kindy have more than 25 years of experience in providing high quality education and care. We have recently opened a BRAND NEW SERVICE in Burwood and **are currently seeking Room Leaders, Room Assistants and Casual employees.**

You will also be responsible for fostering relationships with children and families, inclusive practices for children with additional needs and individual behaviour management plans.

If you have strong verbal communication skills, are passionate about a play-based curriculum and making a positive contribution to our community then we want to hear from you.

**Essential Criteria**
- Applicants who hold a Diploma in Children’s Services
- Applicants who are working towards a Diploma in Children’s Services
- Proficient computer skills.
- Previous experience is essential, Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Committed to excellence in early childhood education and care.
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A Working with Children Check.
- Child Protection and First Aid Qualifications as per the regulations.
