We are seeking a professional chef trainer currently engaged in a teaching role and/or can transform industry experience into training.

**Leadership & Management Trainer - Join Our Team**

We’re seeking an experienced **Leadership & Management Trainer** to deliver nationally accredited qualifications in the **BSB Training Package**.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver Training**: Provide high-quality instruction in leadership & management, along with relevant modules in leadership & management qualifications.
- **Monitor Student Progress**: Track student attendance and course progress to ensure all learners remain on track.
- **Assessment & Validation**: Mark assessments and ensure they meet industry standards and align with the training package requirements.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with AQTF, ASQA, relevant legislation, and company policies to maintain high standards of training and assessment.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- **Qualifications**: Graduate Diploma of Leadership & Management (BSB80120)
- **Certifications**: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110 - upgraded to include TAELLN401 and TAEASS502)
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering training, particularly in leadership & management or hospitality-related fields.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and mentor students.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
