Spectrum College is a CRICOS-registered training provider delivering high-quality, industry-relevant education. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver and assess the following qualifications at our Burwood Campus:

- BSB40520 - Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
- BSB50420 - Diploma of Leadership and Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver and assess training in line with ASQA and CRICOS standards.
- Provide engaging classroom and/or online delivery.
- Assess student work provide constructive feedback and support student progression.
- Maintain compliance documentation and accurate records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training and assessment practices.

Requirements (Essential):

- Current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent with necessary upgrades).
- BSB40520 - Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
- BSB50420 - Diploma of Leadership and Management
- Recent and relevant industry experience in leadership/management roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Standards for RTOs 2015 and CRICOS requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.

Desirable:

- Previous experience training international students.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and blended delivery.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
