Hamilton's are helping a well-respected not for profit organisation find their next Diploma educator. This is a very unique role in a small program catering for 17 children a day with excellent child/staff ratio.

**About the role**
- This is a permanent full-time position working 38hrs per week.
- You will have a shared responsibility with the nominated supervisor for the leadership, vision, and guidance of the daily program catering for children 0-5 years.
- You will be an educator who understands the importance of routine whilst also being able to move with the flow and particular needs of the individual children and their families.
- We are seeking an educator who understands that relationships are the basis of quality, with a good understanding of how to engage with children who may be from vulnerable backgrounds.

The ideal applicant for this role is someone who:

- Supports the foundations of innovative practices in long day care
- Has a strong working knowledge of child development and learning frameworks
- Values the importance of working closely with the community
- Has a passion for a child led Curriculum and project investigations with young children
- A happy disposition and open mind with regards to innovative practices that creates the best environments for children to learn and feel safe
- Has clear and effective communication style that informs, influences, and supports intentional teaching and partnership with peers, families and the community.
- You must be willing to work early and late shifts.
- A team player who is there to work collaboratively with the Nominated Supervisor
- Someone who values multicultural perspectives and intertwines inclusive practices that honors diversity.
