**About Us**:
My First Gym is dedicated to fostering a love for physical activity in children from a young age. We provide a fun, safe, and engaging environment where kids can develop their fitness, coordination, and social skills through structured play and age-appropriate exercises. Join our passionate team and make a difference in the lives of children every day

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate fitness and developmental classes for children.
- Create a fun and engaging environment that encourages physical activity and skill development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
- Provide guidance and support to children to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to maintain a high standard of program delivery.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding their children's progress.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up equipment before and after classes.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of child development and physical education principles.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Working With Children.
