**About Us**:
My First Gym is a fun and dynamic environment dedicated to helping children develop healthy habits and enjoy physical activities. We offer a variety of programs, including birthday parties, designed to make fitness fun and engaging for kids of all ages.

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Party Staff Members. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our birthday parties and special events run smoothly and that all our young guests have a fantastic experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and decorate party rooms according to the theme and client’s specifications.
- Greet children and parents, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
- Lead games, activities, and fitness routines during parties.
- Serve food and drinks, ensuring all dietary requirements and allergies are managed.
- Clean up after parties, maintaining a tidy and safe environment.
- Assist with other duties as required to ensure the success of events.

**Requirements**:

- Weekend availability is a MUST
- Passion for working with children and creating a fun, safe environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage groups of children.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is preferred but not required.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 15 per week
