**Your new role awaits**

**A typical day for you**
- Driving KPIs and team growth through mentoring, coaching, and leadership
- Prioritising support tickets and triage of critical requests
- Escalating issues that cannot be handled internally to vendors
- Deploying hotfixes and updates
- Communicating updates to affected stakeholders

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- A history of effectively reducing ticket workloads
- Familiarity with Jira Service Desk or other ticket management systems
- Working knowledge of ITIL or ITSM principles will be beneficial
- Experience providing support for Microsoft 365, MS Dynamics, Teams, SharePoint

It would also beneficial if you have experience with Baseplan, ABBYY, or Transport Management Systems, but this is not essential.
