**About the role**

We currently have a great opportunity for a Application Support Business Partner to join the Qudos Bank Information Services team.

The primary purpose of the Technology & Data Business Partner is to enhance key technologies within Qudos Bank. You will partner with the business to maximise the return on investment for these technologies including leveraging data, analytics and reporting along with consulting with business units to plan a future vision and roadmap of key initiatives and changes to meet their business objectives.

This role will work closely with key stakeholders, Emerging Technologies team, Data Analysts and Project teams, it will be important that you are an effective communicator and can translate business into technical language and vice versa. You will need to thrive in a fast paced and customer first environment. The key to your success will be having excellent attention to detail, being organised and having the ability to work in a team.

**Primary Responsibilities will include**:

- Escalate any issues that are known in advance that could affect the service delivery to the business and identify steps that could be taken to resolve them or minimise the impact
- Work with Vendor Manager on producing reports and key metrics for monthly business unit service management reports

**Skills required**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to troubleshoot problems on the go and use initiative to solve technical problems
- Reporting, SQL and Query Writing skills
- Advanced in the Microsoft Office Applications suite (Microsoft Excel)
- Application administration
- Relevant Information Technology degree/diploma
- Experience working within a financial services organisation
