**About Our Client**:

**Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end Accounts Payable
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently, matching them with purchase orders and verifying coding
- Review vendor statements, reconcile discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding issues
- Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve payment-related inquiries and concerns
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and authorisation for payments
- Maintain organised and up-to-date accounts payable records
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
