**Social Media and Marketing Specialist**

×Role based at Feathers Hawksburn Head Office and will need to travel to all our Melbourne stores

×Full Time

×Monday to Friday.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Reporting directly the Executive Team, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment for someone with a passion in Fashion.

**DUTIES INCLUDE**:
× Develop mid to long term framework to accelerate social media growth, with a focus on Instagram and Facebook.

× Lead Capture Effectiveness: Tracking the website visitors, conversion of customers to subscribers and performance of pop ups and Klaviyo Flows.

× Campaign Calendar Execution, delivering campaigns on time with cohesive messaging across all our platform.

× Paid Media Performance: Liaising with our paid media consultants, creating, driving targeted campaigns, and tracking the short term and long terms stats.

× Local content creation.

× Social Media Engagement: Posting regularly on social media platforms.

× Identify and develop new opportunities to increase brand awareness, loyalty and engagement.

× Ensure cross functional alignment between marketing, PR, eCommerce, store operations and merchandising teams to enhance overarching business plans.

**THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE**

× Experienced in driving customer segmentation and personalisation across owned channels.

× Ability to project manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment across multiple regions.

× Deep understanding of social trends and consumer behaviour.

× Internal and external stakeholder management, with a focus on streamlining processes.

× Knowledge of other digital marketing channels including paid social, SEM, SEO, etc. is desirable.

× Proficient in project management with the exceptional time management and organisational skills.

× Strong copywriting + written and verbal communication skills.

× Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

× Strategic thinking with an analytical mind and business acumen.

× Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
