**Job Description** What will a day in this role look like**:

- Lead our Highways Team culture, performance, client and projects
- Work with an industry leading team on a broad range of city-shaping infrastructure projects.
- Influence and lead strategy development and execution to achieve business success
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients/customers.
- Lead change and productivity as we continue our digital delivery journey

**Qualifications** What are we looking for from you?**
- Tertiary qualification in engineering or relevant Bachelor’s Degree, ideally with 15 years + relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing major transport infrastructure projects in a highways design capacity and meeting delivery requirements
- Knowledge of the market for consulting services
- Strong client focus with business development experience and demonstrated commercial acumen.
