Develop Digital and IT strategies to support EWOQ to meet new and emerging needs to service our customers and members.
- Oversee and lead the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks.
- Manage and develop the IM and IT Service Delivery team, including capability and capacity management, coaching and professional development, needed to support effective delivery and optimal efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key contracted service providers through excellent stakeholder management ensuring objectives are achieved, including strategic partner engagement.
- Provide expert advice, lead, develop and maintain Information Security strategies, policies and systems to reflect industry standards. Be responsible for ensuring security policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Organise, schedule and implement ICT tasks, projects and infrastructure to ensure Information Technology services meets the goals set out in EWOQ Strategic Plan.
- Utilise strong project management skills to lead and Manage IT related projects working with suppliers and internal project teams using contemporary project management mythologies
- Develop, implement and maintain Information Communication Technology policies, standards and procedures to meet the current and future needs of EWOQ.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, policies and procedures and effective corporate governance in collaboration with the Executive Management Team.
- Monitor and report on performance of systems and SLAs and continuously review and manage current and emerging risks with a clear focus on continuous improvement.
- Have strong expertise in managing telephony systems, CRM or case management systems, SharePoint together with a strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365 environment.
