Why this role?

KONE Australia are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Mascot, Sydney. This team thrives on servicing our customers to the very best of their abilities, in a timely manner.

The Customer Service Administrator role is the voice of KONE, focusing administrative support related to Maintenance Operations, Sales Support, Public Tender Preparation, Third Party Inspection and Reporting. He/ She provides administrative support for salespersons and supervisors, enabling them to maximise the time spent on customers.

What will you be doing?
- Supports Sales staff with contract creation for new maintenance contracts
- Process maintenance contract cancellation requests and inform billing Administrator when invoice cancellation or credit note creation is required
- Carries out data checks and quality audits for new contracts
- Assists in contract and Sales order creations for public bids
- Support Sales team with proposal creation for Public Tenders
- Take ownership of customer queries and follow up with salesperson to get a response
- Supports in customer data maintenance
- Provides reports for Key Accounts
- Manages safety and site access documents of site personnel
- Enters, changes and updates fitters scheduling plans

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment. Passion for providing excellent customer service is essential.
- Attention to Detail following procedures and guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills, multitasker and an ability to effectively prioritise tasks with deadlines
- Sound computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Professional and confident manner to liaise directly with clients - internally and externally
- Positive, pro-active and solution focused attitude
- Previous experience in a contact centre desired but not essential
