Our client is a high performing franchised Real Estate agency based out of Ryde. They are looking to add a leasing consultant to their growing team. This position is perfect for someone looking to step up from an admin role, or get a foot in the door to start their career in Real Estate.

**The Role**:

- Conduct all leasing and private inspections
- Respond to tenant enquiries
- Maintain tenant database
- Assist with lease preparation, signing and key hand over
- Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Bonuses on offer for any new managements brought in by you

**The Benefits**:

- Package up to $65k + Commissions
- Receive a full day off for working Saturdays - ONLY work on Saturday every 2 weeks
- Full training from the PM team and Directors

- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Own car and Drivers license
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
