**Job Description**:
Sodexo are currently seeking an experienced Accommodation Services Manager to join the team in a permanent, full time capacity based at our Balcatta Office.

The Accommodation Services Manager supports the operational excellence stream by analyzing consumer feedback metrics to develop and design the implementation of service improvement initiatives for the accommodation, administration, and cleaning services for the IFMS contract. This role ensures adherence to IFMS management plans, policies, procedures by providing guidance, support, and risk management to the operational excellence team with regards to developing and maintaining a higher-level service output within the accommodation service segment.

The Accommodation Services Manger will establish strong relationships with clients and partner with key stakeholders in the business aimed at embedding the customer centric culture by identifying opportunities for standardised service offerings and continuous improvement projects.

**Job Scope**:

- Overseas the performance monitoring of all aspects of accommodation, and cleaning Services for the IFMS contract.
- Monitor and review compliance to operating procedures and service standards.
- Drive ongoing review and development of streamlined work practices for the Site based teams to standardised across Sites.
- Identify performance improvement initiatives and develop measures to improve accountability and outcomes.
- Being a driving force for managing performance improvements to deliver business benefits and play a key role in influencing change.
- Providing trend analysis and recommendations for service levels and customer satisfaction for accommodation, and cleaning services.
- Providing expertise to assist in solving escalated operational issues.
- Meet reporting requirements internal and to the client.
- Develop improvement projects across the portfolio.
- As a leader, demonstrate overarching commitment to health and safety and become a role model for Sodexo’s Managerial behaviours, Diversity and Inclusion.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Previous experience in managing improvement initiatives and projects.
- Previous experience in Accommodation and cleaning services.
- Experience in Accommodation, cleaning services in remote locations.
- Demonstrate high level analytics and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyse high volumes of data to present information in meaningful and accurate reports.
- Expertise in identifying the key performance drivers of the business and developing benchmarks to assess and manage contract and service performance.
- Expertise in understanding key performance indicators of the contract, then implement solutions.
