This is an opportunity to become a part of a recognised industry in the Not-for-Profit Sector. Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Co-ordinator to immediately join their expanding team. This position is a full-time temporary role to commence immediately based in the Adelaide CBD.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Executive Manager, the HR coordinator will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent. You will also provide operational and administrative HR support across a range of duties. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management and acting as the liaison between multiple departments.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess excellent interpersonal ability to develop and sustain strong relationships. You will also have a strong ability to multitask and communicate through your self-motivated nature. You will take initiative and will be confident and consultative in your recruitment approach and have highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
