**As a Coordinator, International Branch Campuses, you will**:
- Break down complex issues, draw accurate conclusions, and present logical, concise arguments and next steps that are easy for others to understand.
- Leverage diverse perspectives and innovation principles to improve current practices and identify new, effective ways of working.
- Show high levels of energy and dedication to learning, actively seek feedback, and use it to continuously improve.
- Recognise when change is needed, communicate its purpose, overcome resistance, and prioritise critical tasks while evaluating progress and exploring creative solutions.
- Provide constructive feedback, ensure role clarity and support within teams, promote wellbeing, respond openly to customer feedback, and build strong relationships across and beyond the organisation.
**In a typical day/week you will**:
- Plan, schedule, and manage meetings for the IBC team, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking follow-up actions to support effective collaboration and decision-making.
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Executive Director and leadership team, including calendar and travel management, anticipating needs, and preparing briefing materials.
- Develop and distribute clear, engaging communications such as newsletters and updates, and coordinate engagement activities with internal and external stakeholders to support IBC initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and document systems, and assist in preparing compliance documents and reports in line with governance and regulatory standards.
- Act as a professional point of contact for program inquiries, ensuring timely, clear, and courteous responses to internal and external stakeholders.
**To be successful, you’ll have**:
- A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Proven experience in coordinating complex administrative functions, including meeting management, document preparation, and stakeholder communication, preferably in a higher education or similarly complex environment.
- Strong knowledge of administrative systems, document management practices, and communication tools, with an understanding of governance, compliance, and operational processes within a university or large organization.
