About the role

Tenure: Full time, ongoing

Location: Rozelle, NSW (Hybrid)

The Branch Coordinator, NSW Branch provides high-quality administrative, operational, and member support for the NSW Branch and Branch Committees, contributing to an engaged and well-supported membership community. The role coordinates and supports local events and educational activities, ensuring a seamless experience that promotes connection, learning, and value for RANZCP members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative support, including managing membership records, responding to member enquiries, and supporting committee meetings and governance processes.
  • Coordinate local events and activities, from planning and promotion to registrations, budgets, and on-the-day logistics.
  • Prepare and support communications such as newsletters, updates, and briefing papers in collaboration with committees and the College's communications team.
  • Contribute to strategic priorities by supporting branch planning, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring

  • Strong administrative background (tertiary qualification and/or 3+ years' experience), ideally with exposure to committee or governance support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and engage stakeholders with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizen or holds the right to work in Australia.
