Our highly valued client is a federal government agency, who are seeking an APS6 Project Coordinator - Platform Services, to join a large program of work and across a large suite of enterprise platforms.
- Richmond or Geelong location with minimum 3 days in the office
- Daily rate range negotiable
- 12 month initial contract

**The role**
As an APS6 Project Coordinator - Platform Services, you will join the Scheme Digital Platforms Branch in the OCIO. Duties will include:

- Assist in scheduling & organising project meetings / workshops with both internal and external stakeholders
- Support forum & meeting logistics, review schedule and actions management and logs management
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports, to track progress and support decision-making
- Provide assistance in the management of resource, including onboarding & welcoming newcomers, ordering equipment, and preparing materials
- Responsible for seeing formal offboarding process are followed
- Responsible for providing tool access to platforms such as: Jira, Confluence, VDI
- Serve as a communication link between team members and other stakeholders in the Platforms Digital Schemes branch
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports, to track progress and support decision-making
- Provide support and maintenance in budgeting and tracking costs
- Assist in Scheme Digital Platforms branch procurement activities under Assistant Director guidance
- Maintain Scheme Digital Platforms branch leave calendar
- Assist team members, project managers and directors for Ad hoc project administrations tasks

**Skills and experience**
To succeed in this role you will need:

- Solid previous experience working in a similar Project/Program/PMO coordination role
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Strong skills and experience with hands-on resource & budget management
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communications skills
- Show competency in Confluence & SharePoint
