**Client & You**:
Leading engineering and technology company that supports customers throughout Australia, and Europe are looking to hire an Inventory Controller who will manage stock control activities within their branch on the Northern Beaches (Brookvale). This is a great opportunity for someone with 2 years of experience or someone with 30, all applicants are welcome.

The chosen individual will be the go-to person between the engineering team, supply chain and those on the production floor.

**You will**:

- Work closely with Production Management, Engineering and Sales, and Suppliers.
- Driving inventory process improvement and continuous improvement.
- Assist with day-to-day production planning across the Manufacturing floor.
- Product inventory control of material and spare parts, liaising with the Sales Team / Sales Order Schedule.
- MRP / ERP usage reports for assembly and production.
- Performing stock takes, and reviewing new processes.
- Work closely with Supply Chain Manager with regard to cost reduction of parts and materials.
- Maintaining and coordinating the day-to-day stock counts within the business.
- Focus on efficiency, safety, and profitability.
- Management of ERP / MRP system similar to an SAP platform.
- Executing picking orders and arranging all project parts.
- Learn about Quality Assurance and Control for parts, and Lean Manufacturing for Manufacturing Management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills.

- Relevant TAFE qualification or Degree.
- At least 3 years of inventory experience in a similar role - Manufacturing / Production environment.
- Strong Computer skills ERP/MRP.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be a Team Player.
