**TEN Recruitment** is looking for a full-time, permanent
**Civil Structures Supervisor** to join our Contractor’s dynamic team to assist in the delivery of their Infrastructure Project in Perth based North of the River.

**Your responsibilities may include**:

- Ensure timely delivery of project, as per its schedule, budget and contractual requirements.
- Monitor site crew and activities to ensure they are being performed in accordance with the HSEQ requirements.
- Management of crew above and below water, including a team of commercial divers.
- Assist with the development and establishment of the project schedule.
- Drive team performance and be the focal point for any technical enquiries.
- Lead work onsite to ensure efficient and effective utilisation of resources in accordance with operational procedures.
- Promote and foster a positive and safe culture on site.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Forecast project works and resource requirements.

**Essential criteria**:

- Previous experience with concrete in-situ pours / structures is essential.
- Capable of interpreting detailed construction drawings and documents.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working client relationships.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.
- Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
- Flexible to work remotely/regionally.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant statutory policies and procedures.
- Strong safety and environmental awareness.
- Willingness to lead and mentor junior team members as required.
