Civil Supervisor / Coordinator – Major Mining Project (12-Month Contract)

We're seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead critical earthworks packages on a major mining infrastructure project in the Pilbara. This is a key leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic site environment and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes safely and efficiently.

The Opportunity

You'll be joining a well-established EPCM team supporting a significant brownfield development within the resources sector. Working on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that works are executed to plan, on schedule, and in full compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage onsite teams to deliver civil works in line with approved plans and schedules
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality requirements
  • Drive communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders
  • Plan and manage materials, equipment, and resources efficiently
  • Foster a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor team members and support their ongoing development

About You

  • Extensive experience in civil supervision within mining or major infrastructure projects
  • Proven track record managing earthworks packages on large-scale sites
  • Main Roads WA project experience highly beneficial
  • Strong background working in an EPCM environment
  • Solid understanding of HSE requirements and commitment to safe work practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Current C Class Driver's License
