**Member Services Support Officer**
**DEPARTMENT OF PARLIAMENTARY SERVICES**
**About the role**
The Member Services Support Officer will bring a customer focused approach to assisting Members of Parliament with a range of issues as well as providing high level and authoritative advice to Members of Parliament on various legislative requirements.
This role will undertake a range of duties including provision of high levels of customer service to Members of Parliament and Electorate Office Staf, assessment of claims submitted for expenditure from the Electorate Office and Communications Budget to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and legislation, looking after administrative tasks arising from the Members Motor vehicle scheme, assisting with education and support material for Members and Electorate Officers as well as other administrative and project work as required.
