We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Administrator to join our team. This is a key role within our organisation, supporting the day-to-day running of our ecommerce business and providing exceptional front-of-house service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Accurate and timely data entry
- Handling and organising paperwork related to ecommerce operations
- Managing incoming phone calls and enquiries
- Liaising with customers and ensuring a smooth dispatch process
- Front-of-house (FOH) customer service and general administrative support
- Actively communicate lead times and deadlines to warehouse team
- Be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Be a hard worker who takes pride in their role and the quality of their work
- Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be confident dealing with customers in person and over the phone
- Show initiative and a willingness to support other areas of the business as needed
- Has at least 1 year experience in an administrative role

**Additional Requirements**:

- Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in Australia.

- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport are essential
