Service Administrator

We're looking for a driven and experienced Service Administrator to help fuel the ongoing success of our Mobile Cranes division at our Yatala branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work locally, make a real impact within a dynamic team, and grow their career with a respected OEM.
As a key member of the service team and reporting directly to the Service Manager, you'll handle a variety of administrative responsibilities that ensure seamless day-to-day operations and top-tier customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Raising service jobs, costings and repair orders, including job costing and timely invoicing
- Assisting with the scheduling of services
- Organise/book travel/accommodation
- Timesheet Data Entry
- Addressing customer queries
- Processing Expense Claims and Supplier invoices
- Purchasing and Accounts Payable workflow
- Update and manage data bases, filing and archiving
**About You**:
- Cert III in Business Administration OR minimum 2 years relevant administrative experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
- Initiative and self-drive
- Problem solving skills
