**DC Team Lead - Afternoon Shift**:

**The Role**:
Based at our Laverton, VIC Manufacturing facility, the **DC Team Lead - Afternoon Shift** is accountable for the safe, efficient and reliable execution of daily warehouse operations. You’ll oversee a motivated team, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while driving performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery and team engagement.

**The shift pattern for this role is Monday - Friday, 2.00pm - 10.00pm.**

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be the go-to for problem solving, labour planning, team development and embedding Asahi’s continuous improvement culture.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Leading your team to meet daily warehouse throughput and service targets
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members to build capability
- Driving warehouse efficiency, labour planning and cost control
- Ensuring safety, quality and compliance standards are always met
- Championing Asahi Way problem-solving tools to resolve issues
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver seamless customer service

You’re an experienced people leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or FMCG environment. You bring a strong safety mindset, sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to get the best out of your team.

To be successful you’ll bring:

- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Strong ability to coach, develop and motivate frontline teams
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office systems
- Confidence in managing costs, labour planning and operational KPIs
- A positive, proactive and safety-first mindset
