We are looking for an Assistant Complex Manager/Assistant Property Manager to join our family run on-site management and letting rights office in the Ellen Grove/Forest Lake area.

We're open to finding the right person and don't mind if you need some flexibility in hours. This could be a great position for a mum or dad needing flexibility around school schedules.

We're seeking full time hours with above Award remuneration with the potential to earn more by taking on higher duties, professional development and sales commissions.
e.g. manning the after hours phone or covering for when the on-site manager is on leave.

We are part of an industry leading management rights network and this would be a great way to get into a long term career in the industry as well and with strong potential for expansion onto a lead manager role with your own complex.

Your role will be to support our main On-Site Manager in the office attached to the managers unit and working alongside our team including our Site Gardener and Senior Labrador Lola.

The skills we are looking for is:

- Contractor and maintenance works supervision.
- Strong presentation, personal interaction skills.

What we would also like to see but are happy to provide training in:

- Trust Accounting/Receipting.
- Processing and handling of Insurance claims and QCAT cases.
- Experience in using Console Cloud would be a definite advantage.

We are looking for someone who lives in the Ellen Grove\Forest Lake (10km radius) area and available to start within the next few weeks, but we are willing to make arrangements for the right person.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
