Our brand-new Ellen Grove centre is proudly supported by an incredibly passionate Non-Contact Leadership Team including a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, Admin Leader and Educational Leader who will work collaboratively to support and mentor our foundation team of educators to create learning spaces where both children AND educators thrive.

This architecturally designed 120 place centre is fresh from our builder's handover and ready for you to bring to life With 7 thoughtfully planned classrooms catering for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, we offer lowered child-to-staff ratios with our under 3's enjoying a 1:4 ratio and our over 3's thriving with a 1:8 ratio. Step outside to discover our oversized outdoor playscape expertly designed and brought to life by the amazing team at WEARTHY, then relax in our dedicated Family Lounge complete with fresh bakery treats, breakfast bar, and complimentary tea and coffee for educators and families. All this waiting for our foundation team to transform into magical learning environments where every child can flourish.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (The Dream Team Checklist)

You're our perfect match if you:

  • Have a heart that beats with a genuine passion for early childhood education.

  • Can juggle communication, organisation, and time management like a pro.
  • Have experience creating magic in flexible play spaces.
  • Know your way around EYLF, QKLG, and NQF frameworks.

Bonus points if you:

  • Get excited about project-based learning and inquiry-driven adventures.
  • Have dabbled with OWNA, Storypark or Microsoft 365 (but don't worry if you haven't)
  • Hold or are working towards your ACECQA-approved Diploma.
