Air Bnb Property Prep

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Airbnb Property Prep Assistant** to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing our properties for guests by performing light pre-cleaning tasks before the cleaners arrive. This position requires availability on Sundays and Mondays minimums and multiple other days during the week. Offers immediate start with the majority of days available for work over the next two weeks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Stripping Beds**: Remove used bed linen and prepare it for laundering.
- **Rubbish Removal**: Empty bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- **Restocking Amenities**: Replenish essential guest amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and cleaning supplies; note and report any missing items for replacement.

**Hours**:

- Approximately 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, depending on property turnover.
- Must be available Sundays and Mondays can organise other days outside of this.

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Punctual and reliable with good time management skills.
- Physically able to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying linen and trash bags.
- Availability for an immediate start and flexible scheduling over the next two weeks.
