Omnichannel & Customer Experience Associate (1 Year

-As a result of CSL Vifor Australia’s continued growth, we are now looking for an Omnichannel & Customer Experience Associate to join our local team with a 1 year fixed term contract. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Omnichannel Customer Engagement, you will be primarily focused on:

- Refine and maintain priority business processes (e.g. multichannel campaign planning, omnichannel customer engagement orchestration)
- Act as a superuser for omnichannel enabling systems (e.g. CRM, Marketing Automation, Reporting tools)
- Support and upskill our local cross functional brand teams, medical and local field teams and all supporting functions, enabling the implementation of Omnichannel initiatives
- Monitor progresses of Omnichannel initiatives and inform decision making at all levels within the Australia affiliate
- Work with Country Brand Teams and Medical to ensure optimal use of online channels to reach and engage customers; proactively make recommendations on how to improve performance through analytics, insights and research
- Manage full content lifecycle of Vifor’s digital properties including planning & creation, publishing, and decommissioning
- Coordinate and execute multichannel marketing campaigns configuration & launch using all available channels. Leads best practice and knowledge sharing via effective reporting and communication
- Support usage of reports & distribute customer analytics summarizing customer acquisition, conversion & engagement metrics
- Ensure full understanding of legal & regulatory compliance landscape as it applies to online communications. Identify and mitigate risks in this regard during campaign planning & delivery
- Other duties as required

The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in a scientific, business or economics-related field
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, experienced digital communications / marketing roles are preferred
- Understanding of legal and ethical issues related to promotion of new and existing products in Australia
- Excellent user of Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) plus good understanding of other digital elements, e.g. google analytics, etc
- Understanding of Multi-Channel integration and Marketing automation
- Project management including multiple-stakeholder, budget, human resources and vendors management
- Ability to design, plan & deliver multichannel / digital marketing campaigns including measuring & reporting on campaign analytics & KPIs
