An exciting fixed-term (9 months) opportunity is available for a driven and versatile Team Experience Partner to be part of our Primary Connect business. This is a unique opportunity to impact our business performance through your exceptional partnering capability. Your expertise in driving outcomes through strong relationships with business leaders will focus on building and implementing strategies in alignment with business plans. This role is hybrid with a client group based predominantly at Norwest and Yennora Support Offices.

**About the Opportunity**

Partnering with the senior leadership team of Primary Connect’s support teams, you will provide strategic & operational HR support and guidance to the business, enabling us to meet our business objectives. In this role, you will also be responsible for:

- Partnering with senior stakeholders for the effective delivery of people strategies, including aligning performance, capability, engagement and talent initiatives
- Partnering with leaders to develop engagement initiatives with a commercial mindset and passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Providing actionable insights to leaders on trends in people data and providing support and coaching to act on this data
- Managing the implementation of people change initiatives

Working in an agile environment, you will be supported by a flexible and adaptive, high performing People team. You will have great exposure to large scale people initiatives through participation in people tribes and squads.

We’re looking for a resilient and relationship driven Business Partner. This role will suit someone with strong generalist HR capability and excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills. Ideally, you will have previous experience in change management, organisational design and have partnered with senior stakeholders.
