This role will be suitable for a recent graduate or people with transferable skills who are eager to learn more about the People and Culture field.

**Key requirements of the position include**:

- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Manage the administrative offboarding processes for all ONCALL Group Australia field staff.
- Understanding of, and ability to interpret legislation and other industrial instruments relevant to the Disability and Community Services sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into strategic HR initiatives.
- Proven ability to effectively operate in a highly regulated and compliance-driven environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility with a willingness to take on a diverse range of tasks.
- Evidenced experience in the management and maintenance of HRIS systems and relevant employment information.

**From you, we need**:

- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately to meet deadlines.
- A process driven and solution orientated mindset.
- A high-level focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of records management principles and the ability to handle and maintain confidential information appropriately.
- Demonstrated positive and flexible attitude with a willingness to take on a wide range of diverse tasks and adjust to competing priorities.
- Current Driver’s licence (preferred)
- NDIS Worker’s Check or willing to obtain one
- Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain one
