**About the role**

You’ll be part of a team, empowering and supporting one another to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve. As Roster Coordinator you are responsible for delivery of rostering and administrative functions for aged care services.

Duties may include:

- Responsible for all aspects of the roster and the facility payroll systems within the home, supported by head office services
- Distribute the fortnightly roster in required timeframes and develop staff daily run sheets
- Coordinate staff replacement and enter leave
- Participate in the recruitment process within the home
- General administrative duties as requested

Please note: Anyone visiting a residential home is required to have an up-to-date influenza and covid19 vaccination.
