**Responsibilities include**:

- ensure all business induction & training policies are followed and implemented
- ensure all visitors, contractors and new employees, are included and fully understand our clients rules
- Ensuring high standards of Quality are maintained, promoting safety policies and procedures on an ongoing basis
- Understand the requirements of HACCP and ensure that they are being carried out by all staff
- Implement, monitor and, or comply with WHS Management System, including but not limited to WHS policies, Standard operating procedures, Risk Assessments / Work Instructions and associated system tools in relevant work areas.
- Reporting on Risk and Compliance to senior management, and as required, external stakeholders.
- Assess the business's future ventures to identify possible compliance risks

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years proven experience in risk management or compliance roles
- Must have, or be willing to obtain, a compliance certification
- Superior attention to detail in order to identify and correct risky practices
- Possess a collaborative personality and be open to suggestions from team members
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to accurately interpret complex documents and policies
- Strong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlines
- Should have a strong moral code and sense of ethics
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
- A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
- Knowledge of auditing standards and principles

- assist and guide others to address emerging challenges and strategies and risk and generate support change initiatives and a continuous improvement environment
