**The client**

Located in Queen Street Mall in the city, my client is a trusted global innovator of IT and business services headquartered in Tokyo. They help their clients transform through consulting, industry solutions, business process services, IT modernisation and managed services.

This company are a leading full-service SAP software _solutions_ provider of midmarket-focused SAP _solutions._

Due to the retirement of their current Finance Officer my client has a permanent part time role available for between 20-25 hours per week. These hours can be distributed across part time hours 4 days a week or over 3 fulltime days. With work from home flexibility available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week.

**The Team**

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be working in a team of 4 who all get along well and enjoy the social aspect of their team. With current staff at long tenure of between 13-17 years enjoying who you work with will be equally as important as your skills and experience.

**The role**

The primary purpose of this role is processing of accounts payable and a very small amount of receivable. Contract management duties as well as month end and reconciliation of travel & experiences are also part of your responsibilities.

**_What does a typical day look like?_**
- Entering of invoice into the SAP system
- Payment runs happen weekly on a Monday
- Communicate and manage vendors looking for payments - The Finance Manager looks after the debt collection
- Concur is used for company credit cards
- Travel is processed through corporate traveller
- Contract Management tasks include issuing contracts and getting them signed through DocuSign and then enter them into the register.
- Accounts receivable - entering payments that have been received into SAP

**To be successful for interview you will have**:

- Must have SAP finance experience to be considered.
- A minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Finance Officer role, in Australia, which includes duties such as - AP, reconciliations, payment runs, contract management experience, credit card & travel reconciliation.
- Be available to work on Monday's
- Have excellent communication and team work skills
- Very good attention to detail, customer service skills, be able to prioritise your own work as well as being flexible and approachable
- Someone who is looking for a long term opportunity rather than a 'stepping stone'
- Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have unrestricted visa to apply
