Finance Officer role available in Brisbane CBD - attractive salary

Your new company

This national professional services business is seeking an experienced Finance Officer - Accounts Payable to join their Brisbane team for a 9-month fixed term contract role. Located in the Brisbane CBD, their modern office is easily accessible to public transport connections and extensive lunch time eating options.

Your new role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following:

- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Processing of invoices into the system
- Creditor reconciliations
- Preparing and processing supplier payments
- General ledger reconciliations
- Petty cash reconciliations

What you’ll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

- Previous experience working in the legal or professional services sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
