**Your Opportunity**

This is a part-time permanent opportunity working Wednesday to Friday in a highly profitable and financially stable organisation.

You'll join a large team of finance and administration professionals who have created a great culture where every voice is heard, and everyone is a valued member of the team.

In this role you will work with an experienced Credit Manager who will be on-hand to help you settle into the position and provide guidance.

You will be responsible for a variety of duties which will include:

- Keeping filing of accounts up to date daily
- Limit increases under discretionary limit
- Limit increases lodged with insurance company as instructed by Credit Manager
- Obtaining Trade References; replying to trade reference requests from industry associates and Branch requests
- Registrations of PPSR when required
- Running the initial process for new accounts received online for all subsidiaries
- Scanning inactive files to DM
- Providing crucial support to Credit Officers and Senior Credit Officers

To be considered for this role we're looking for someone who is keen to learn. We're looking for someone with at least 6 - 12 months experience and enjoys working within a team environment.
