**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Utilize your experience and expertise in the trade industry to contribute to business growth and expansion.
- Maintain regular communication with all team members to foster a positive work environment and ensure smooth operations.
- Schedule and coordinate jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an Operations Manager role is essential.
- Previous experience within the trade industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively build and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees and clients.
- Ability to contribute to business development, identify opportunities, and implement strategies.
- Proficiency in scheduling, job coordination, and basic accounting tasks.
