Pure Gutters are a reputable gutter/maintenance company based in Sydney, they are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee our operations and contribute to the growth and success of our business. If you have previous experience in a similar role, a background in the trade industry, and possess the ability to help build and manage a business, this full-time position is perfect for you.

Position: Operations Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Utilize your experience and expertise in the trade industry to contribute to business growth and expansion.
- Maintain regular communication with all team members to foster a positive work environment and ensure smooth operations.
- Schedule and coordinate jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an Operations Manager role is essential.
- Previous experience within the trade industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively build and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees and clients.
- Ability to contribute to business development, identify opportunities, and implement strategies.
- Proficiency in scheduling, job coordination, and basic accounting tasks.
