**Retail Area Manager - Multi-Site Leadership**

**Location**: Melbourne, VIC

We’re looking for a results-driven **Retail Area Manager** to lead and inspire a network of retail stores across the VIC region. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, leading Store Managers, and ensuring exceptional operational standards across all locations.

**About the Role** As Area Manager, you’ll be the key link between the head office and store teams, translating strategy into day-to-day excellence. You’ll oversee performance, customer experience, staff development, compliance, and financial management across your designated region.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and coach Store Managers to drive commercial success
- Develop sales strategies to grow market share and improve KPIs
- Ensure high operational standards, visual merchandising and compliance
- Recruit, train and mentor store teams to build a strong, customer-first culture
- Manage regional budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
- Champion workplace safety and uphold company values

**What You’ll Bring**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-site or regional retail management
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail KPIs
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Flexible to travel across stores and work weekends as required
- Proficiency in retail systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Office
