**The Role**
Our successful Brisbane office is in search of an Office Administrator to support our office for a 12 Month fixed-term contract. This will be someone who has a dynamic and confident personality who is keen to be a supportive member of our team.
You will be responsible for providing project support and supporting the local Brisbane office culture. You will work with other Business Support staff across other regions and with local staff members from Job Managers to Senior Management.
You will need to be able to respectfully deal with a diverse range of people both internally and externally. You will be joining a fast paced, busy team and will enjoy operating with an appropriate level of autonomy reporting to the Business Support Manager.
**Day to day responsibilities include**
- Proactive project lifecycle support: Assistance with fee proposals, project close outs, maintaining admin inbox, minute taking.
- Supporting local office culture: Internal event coordination - staff events, client meetings, managing logistics and catering.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding process.
- Supporting local AR function: Assisting with monthly invoicing, ensuring invoicing is collectable and invoicing records are accurately maintained.
- Supporting local business development team with marketing strategies, collation and creation of local office content including technical and project write ups
- Proficient computer skills,
- Experience working in a similar environment highly preferred,
- Positive personality, customer service orientation,
- Outstanding phone manner, excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Strong Excel and Word experience,
- Working as a team,
- Motivated and fast learner,
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines,
- Professional personal presentation,
- Demonstrate professionalism and objectivity in all work matters,
- Strong accountability and reliability,
