**The Role**:
As the Batch Oven Labourer, you'll be behind the oven operations, ensuring flawless finishes on diverse substrates. Your mission is to maintain top-notch quality and operational efficiency within the oven department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-Treatment Excellence**: Undertake the pre-treatment process to ensure substrates are prepared effectively for coating.
- **Material Loading Mastery**: Loading of materials into the batch oven, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- **Packing Perfection**: Ensure the careful and efficient packing of materials post-coating.
- **Quality Control Champion**: Lead quality control measures, maintaining high standards in every batch while adhering to safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience within a powder coating or related manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in pre-treatment processes, material loading, and quality control measures.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team to perform efficiently and safely.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and maintaining high-quality production.
- Knowledge of process optimization to enhance efficiency while ensuring exceptional output.

**Join Our Team**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
