**Job Overview**:
As a Powder Coater Unloading and Loading Labourer, you will play a crucial role in our powder coating operations by efficiently unloading and loading materials onto our coating lines. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently unload materials from the automatic line to be packed.
- Prepare materials for coating by cleaning and prepping surfaces as needed.
- Load materials onto coating lines according to production schedules and specifications.
- Monitor coating processes to ensure materials are coated evenly and according to quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.

**Schedule**:
This is a part-time position with afternoon shifts, typically Monday through Thursday 4pm-8pm and Friday 1pm-5pm. Occasional overtime may be required based on production demands.
