Our growing business is seeking a motivated, reliable and hardworking individual to join our end-to-end production team. The role is full time day shift and full training will be provided

**The role**:

- Initially, you will be required to work with a machine operator at the end of the bottling line to check quality and also package finished products including wrapping and storing pallets. You will then be trained and required to operate the bottling line and manual bulk filling of liquid fertilizer products.
- You will also be involved in the production of plant nutrients products via blending**:This will require heavy lifting of ingredient bags at 25kg on a regular basis.**

**Other duties include**:

- Maintaining tidiness and cleanliness of the factory & warehouse
- Pick and packing
- Carry out the duties allocated by the Production Manager
- All duties to be carried out in accordance with current work instructions and procedures
- Follow company process under our WH&S policies
- Weighing, measuring and mixing of dry powder food grade ingredients.
- Following recipes/formulations to ensure product quality and accuracy.
- Following product and packaging specifications to ensure product quality and to meet customer requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Forklift License highly regarded
- Batch blending and filling experience in pharmaceutical, food or chemicals highly regarded
- Previous warehousing experience
- Physically fit - Able to lift up to 25 kg

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunshine, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
